The Story.
Known as a visionary, Netta is an expert marketing strategist, brand therapist, and a “you-can-do-it” coach. She started her educational journey at Sheridan College and believes in lifelong learning. As a daring entrepreneur, she instinctively knows what works and what doesn’t. With over 38 years’ experience, she knows how business ticks. In 2019, she purchased two historic cabins on Shawnigan Lake and transformed them into Vintage Cabins, developing the vision, brand, marketing strategy, and guest experience before selling them in 2020. At the same time, she continued building her consulting practice, helping businesses elevate their brands, strengthen their positioning, and win new work, with a primary focus on the construction industry. In 2026, that entrepreneurial journey came full circle with the development of a Shawnigan Lake retreat space where business owners and entrepreneurs can step away from the day-to-day, gain clarity, exchange ideas, and bring their next Big Bold Idea to life.
